What is Management Information System ? A management information systems is a system designed to provide information to different organizations. So that the organization can make easy decisions. Miss is a group of systems that collect information from different sources. Compiles it and makes it readable.In easy words, MIS Technology is a study of organization and people.
The main purpose of the mis is to give the right information to the right person in the right place. This information is updated on a daily and weekly basis in the form of reports.
Management information system does not only represent the concentration of business business. Rather it also shows why the condition of business is getting worse.

- Controlling - This is another important function of management, it is such a process In which the activities of subordinates are measured and corrected and information is collected to measure performance.
2. Information - Information acts as a fuel for any organization. Because no organization can work properly without information.
Information and data are two separate points. Information is processed data while data is incomplete and unordered facts.
3. System - Information through the system is processed in the data.A system is a group of interconnected and interdependent components that is a complex unit.

- Decision-makers need information to make effective decisions. The charging information system makes it possible.
- Mis systems provide facilities within and outside the organization. Employees within the organization are easily able to access the information required for day-to-day tasks.
- Record Keeping - Management information system records all the subject transactions of an organization and provides a reference point for the transaction.
Components of management information system
People - People who use information systems.Data - The data that the information system records.
Business Process - Processes on how to record, store and analyze data.
Hardware - These include servers, workstation, networking equipment, printers, etc.
Software - These are the programs used to handle data. These include programs like Motivated, programs, database software etc.

- A mis is an integrated system, through which we establish better communication with the managers of the organization, employees and department heads.
- By this we can get better decision.This system reduces the cost, cost and time.

- To use the miss system, the manager and owner have to learn it. Can not use it without learning.
- This system remains connected to the internet so it can be hacked.Hackers can steal customer sensitive information such as credit, debit card information.
- One drawback of the mis is that it does not collect quality data,it collects a large amount of data.In which most of the lamps are intact and missed.
